How does the ordering
process work? |
|
Just choose a sink and a design
and we will send you a price for that specific fixture.
We obtain the fixture for you, decorate it and then ship
it to you via UPS Ground Insured. If you don't see the
type of sink you are looking for on the Fixture Specs
page of our website, just give us a brand and model or
the type of sink you are interested in and we will let
you know if we can obtain it.. We decorate on vitreous
china fixtures from most manufacturers. |

Will the
pattern ever fade or wear off, or otherwise deteriorate? |
|
The decoration
is on for the life of the fixture. We do recommend, as
do all other manufacturers, that porcelain fixtures not
be cleaned with abrasive cleansers, this will damage the
glaze over time. |

Can the decoration
be applied to colored fixtures? |
|
All patterns are equally attractive
on White, Biscuit or Bone. Most patterns can be successfully
decorated on lighter colored fixtures. The porcelain color
will show through, and it will result in a more subtle
look. All of our black & white designs can be applied
to any color. See what colors
are available from the major manufacturers, not all
sinks and toilets are available in all colors. |

Can we custom match
a particular pattern or color? |
|
Yes. Thanks to our computer
process, we can do almost any kind of artwork. We can
use a company logo, match a wallpaper motif or create
something original for your specific purposes. |

How is the design
applied to the fixture? |
|
We use a combination of china
pigments and ceramic decals. These specially created decals
are made from finely ground glass pigments and are either
silk-screened or generated on a specially adapted computer
printer. They are applied to the fixture and then fired
to maturity in ceramic kilns. |

Will the sink I order
be exactly the same as the photo? |
|
There may be some slight variation
as everything is done by hand but it will essentially
be the same design as in the photo if you are choosing
the same sink. Color representation on computer monitors
varies. When you need an exact color match please order
a sample tile of your design. |

What if I order a
different shape of sink than is in the photo? |
|
Most designs can be modified
and adapted to fit on different styles of basin or tank
& lid. Because all sinks are a little different, we
may have to modify your design to fit on the sink or toilet.
We will let you know before we make your fixture if it
can be done and what the changes will be. Modified sinks
can be subject to an additional charge. |

How do I know what
faucet center size to order? |
|
Most pedestal, self-rimming,
drop-in and some wall mounted sinks come with a choice
of 4", 8" or single hole faucet centers. To
determine what size you require, measure the distance
between the two outer faucet holes, do not include the
center hole in your calculations. |

Are the colors on
the web site an exact match? |
|
Although
we have tried to be as accurate as possible, due to the
differences in monitors, the colors on our web site cannot
be considered a true representation. Please order
a sample tile if you would like an exact match before
proceeding.

Can the amount of
pattern be modified for personal taste? |
|
Yes. Some customers prefer
a more subdued look while others like it more intense.
If you want to modify one of our designs, please include
a short note in the description field on Quotation
Request Form and we will let you know what we can
do.

Why are some sinks
and designs so much more expensive than others? |
|
Some of the price is due to
the cost of the fixture you choose, sinks range from $100-$1000,
the rest is how many times we need to fire your sink and
how long it takes to apply the decoration. Designs with
less on them are generally less expensive. |

What additional pieces
are available to be decorated to match fixtures? |
|
A full line of accessories,
including towel bars, soap dishes, toilet tissue dispensers,
etc. are available for every pattern. See our Accessories
page for more info. These accessories make a nice
addition to your bathroom. |

Can toilets or bidets
be decorated? |
|
We can decorate most toilet
tank lids and unlined toilet tanks. There are
some round (but not elongated) toilet bowls that can be
decorated and fired in our kilns. |

How do I get the rest
of the toilet if I order a tank & lid? |
|
We can assist you in ordering
the base from one of our suppliers. Many popular toilets
can be purchased at your local home goods store. |

Can an existing fixture,
or used fixture, be decorated? |
|
No. Unfortunately used or
antique fixtures cannot be decorated but most manufacturer's
have many styles of 'antique' sinks to choose from. |

How long will it take
to receive my order? |
|
We generally have orders ready
to ship within 3-6 weeks of receiving confirmation and
payment of your order. |
|

How will my goods
be packed and shipped? |
|
We ship via UPS or Fedex Standard
Ground (insured). Sinks and accessories are packed in
foam or double-boxed, with additional packing between
outer and inner boxes to ensure safe transportation. |

How do I pay for my
order? |
|
We accept checks (in US funds
only), credit cards and PayPal. Once your order is confirmed,
we will send you an invoice by email which can be paid
by check or securely by credit card on the PayPal web
site. |

What are the Terms
& Conditions of Sale, and the Return Policy? |
|
Each order is hand-decorated
to suit your specific criteria and we require full payment
when the order is placed. We guarantee our work, if you
are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a
full refund, less the shipping charges. |
